At Bradley Home Furnishings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new furniture. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery provided the items are in original, unassembled condition.

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Item

Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included.

Schedule Pickup or Shipping

Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at a designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized items.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
